Digitalis glycoside Additive A.V. node suppression has been reported when concurrently use
with Diltiazem and Verapamil.
Estrogen May cause sodium and water retentions which reduce the pharmacological
effects of Calcium-channel blockers.
Prazosin Concurrent use with calcium-channel blockers may produce an additive
hypotensive effect.
Rifampin May reduce the serum concentration of calcium channel blockers by
inducing CP450 enzyme.
Disopyramide May produce an additive A.V. node suppression when concurrently used
with calcium-channel blockers.
Grapefruit juice May increase serum concentration and toxicities of calcium channel
blockers (except Amlodipine).
