                                                            threatening side effects can occur if patients take this
                                                            medicine with Sildenafil.

                                                            4). Isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur) can cause severe
                                                            headaches, especially when one first starts using it. These
                                                            headaches may gradually become less severe as one
                                                            continues to use the medication.

                                                            5). Severe headache, hypotension and lightheadedness are
                                                            principal side effects of Isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur).

                                                            6). Tablets should not be chewed or crushed. Patients can
                                                            split 60 mg or 120 mg tablets to half. Patients should NOT
                                                            break 30 mg tablet.
