Return Policy

General Return Guidelines

Most physical products purchased directly from Pharmacy Exam may be returned for a refund or credit, subject to the eligibility requirements below. Returns must be received within 10 days of the invoice date. Refunds exclude shipping, handling, and applicable restocking fees.

Eligible Returns

• Books: Eligible for return when received within 10 days of the invoice date.
• NAPLEX review posters and flash cards: Eligible for return only when the laminated seal is intact and the return is received within 10 days of the invoice date.

Non-Refundable Items

• Online quizzes and question banks are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Posters and flash cards are non-refundable if the laminated seal is broken.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply unless the item is defective or the return is due to a Pharmacy Exam error.

Return Timeframe

Returns must be received within 10 days of the invoice date. Items received after this period will not be accepted.
