Universities & Schools
Coordinate preparation for a student cohort or class. Tell us which exams and state-law materials your students need, how many learners will participate, and when access should begin.
Employers & Residency Programs
Organize preparation for pharmacists, technicians, residents, or employees seeking licensure in additional states. We can review the requested materials and explain the institutional ordering options.
How to arrange a university or institutional order
- Tell us what you need. Send your organization details, learner count, exam or state requirements, and preferred start date.
- Confirm products and pricing. We will review the request with you. Ask about bulk pricing or an invoice before placing a large order.
- Arrange the institutional account. Your account must be configured for the agreed university or institutional access. Creating a regular customer account alone does not enable shared access.
- Coordinate learner purchases and access. Follow the student registration and ordering process available for your configured account. Each assigned student access ID identifies the learner’s purchased quizzes.
Individual access and institutional access
Regular customer study access is intended for one user. Signing in on another device ends that user’s earlier login session. Sharing a regular customer login across a class or team does not provide institutional access.
Multiple users studying simultaneously require a university or institutional license. Institutional accounts are configured separately and are exempt from the regular customer single-session restriction. The account settings and purchased access determine the tools and materials available.
For student quiz access, each student uses the assigned access ID to open the quizzes purchased for that learner. Keep access IDs private and distribute them to the intended students.
Information to include in your request
- Organization name and whether you are a school, university, residency program, or employer.
- Contact name and email address; include a phone number if you prefer a call.
- Number of learners and the exams or states they are preparing for.
- Requested products, digital access duration, and any printed books needed.
- Target start date or examination timeline.
- Billing contact, shipping destination for books, and whether an invoice or purchase-order arrangement needs review.
Pricing, payment arrangements, access periods, and any discounts are confirmed for the requested order. Please send initial inquiries without student passwords, payment-card details, or private student records.
