Log In Problems
On February 2, 2016 we upgraded our server security by eliminating the browser communications protocol TLS 1.0 and upgrading to the newest protocol as required by the PCI Security Standards Council. This change may cause a problem when you're trying to connect to our website.
1. I get an error message when I try to connect to the website.
If you have an older web browser that does not support the newer communication protocols TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2, then you may get the message"Network connection error" or "This page can't be displayed."
You can solve this problem by upgrading your browser to the latest version. If you have an older operating system and you can not upgrade your browser, then we suggest downloading Google's free Chrome browser. You can download it here:

2. I can't log in to my website account.
If you already have an account in our store and have successfully logged into www.pharmacyexam.com previously, then your may need to delete your cookies.
Login To PharmacyExam, enter your username and login, and click the Login button. If the page reloads but you aren't logged in and there's no error message, then you need to delete the cookies for Pharmacyexam.com. Here's how:
