Pharmacy Exam has supported exam preparation for NAPLEX®, FPGEE®, MPJE®, PTCE®, PCAT®, CPJE® and other pharmacy-related exams for decades with focused study tools, practice resources, and pharmacist-led content.
From a single product to a broad library of pharmacy review tools, Pharmacy Exam has grown by staying focused on practical, exam-relevant preparation.
Pharmacy Exam was established in 1998 and operates from Ellicott City, Maryland. We publish study guides and exam prep resources designed for pharmacy students, foreign graduates, technicians, and licensed pharmacists preparing for board and certification exams.
Our materials span pharmaceutical calculations, NAPLEX®, FPGEE®, PTCE®, PCAT®, California NAPLEX®, CPJE®, and MPJE® preparation. Over the years, our offerings have expanded to include books, online quizzes, flash cards, review posters, question banks, and audio study tools.
The compilation of these books and quizzes was led by Manan Shroff together with experienced pharmacists who understand the day-to-day realities of pharmacy practice and the demands of professional exams.
We are grateful to the thousands of students and pharmacists who have trusted our materials. Their feedback has helped us refine our resources and continue building tools that are practical, focused, and easy to use.

We began with the goal of creating pharmacy-focused study materials that are clear, practical, and relevant to real exam needs.
We were among the first companies to prepare students and pharmacists for the MPJE Exam® and later expanded to provide study aids for all 50 states.
What started as a small offering has grown into a wide range of exam prep tools covering major pharmacy licensing and certification pathways.
