Yes, FPGEE® & NAPLEX® are computerized exams and you can sit for these exams from any state.
If you are resident of NewYork and planning to move to any other states, fill out the score transfer form before you sit for NewYork exam for the states where you want to move. If you successfully pass the board exam from NewYork, it will be considered that you have successfully passed exam from the state where you transferred you score.
