Idiopathic The term ‘idiopathic neutropenia’ describes various types of
neutropenia neutropenia that may occur at any point in life for unknown reasons.
Cyclic Cyclic neutropenia (or cyclical neutropenia) is a form of neutropenia
neutropenia that tends to occur every three weeks and lasting three to six days at a
time due to changing rates of cell production by the bone marrow.
