Return Policy

General Return Guidelines

Most products purchased directly from Pharmacy Exam may be returned within 10 days from the invoice date for a refund or credit. Refunds exclude shipping, handling, and applicable restocking fees.

Eligible Returns

Books are eligible for return within 10 days. However, NAPLEX review posters and flash cards are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

Online quizzes and question banks cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Additionally, posters and flash cards are non-refundable if the laminated seal is broken.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply unless the item is defective or the return is due to a Pharmacy Exam error.

Return Timeframe

Returns must be received within 10 days of the invoice date. Items received after this period will not be accepted.

Please include a copy of your invoice with your return to help expedite processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping and assume risk of loss or damage during transit.
