The Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE) is created by the NABP and tests knowledge of federal and state-specific pharmacy law. It is required in most U.S. jurisdictions for pharmacist licensure.
Purchased quiz also includes one on one study support via email if you have any doubt or query regarding MPJE® study materials or MPJE® exam questions. Please submit your query to [email protected]. Our editorial staff will answer you, via email, promptly and efficiently.
The National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) is introducing a uniform version of the MPJE (Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination) to simplify licensure across multiple states.
Launching in June 2026, this standardized law exam aims to reduce the cost, time, and complexity for pharmacists seeking multi-state licensure. Developed with input from pharmacists and law educators, it will complement the current state-specific MPJE.
The new exam ensures consistent assessment of core pharmacy law knowledge while maintaining state-specific legal responsibility. This initiative supports evolving pharmacist roles and workforce mobility.
