	Pharmacy Exam Return Policy (U.S. Only) At Pharmacy Exam, we value the relationship we have with each of our customers and offer a return policy for most products that you purchase directly from us. Under this policy, you may return to Pharmacy Exam, within the applicable return policy period, products that you purchased directly from Pharmacy Exam for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees. Unless you have a separate agreement with Pharmacy Exam or except as provided in the section below, all books and printed materials may be returned within twenty-one (21) days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees. However, software-related items (CD-roms) cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Pharmacy Exam error, a restocking fee of 15% may be charged on all the orders. How to Return: To return products, please send back your material(s) to the following address within twenty-one (21) days from the date on the packing slip or invoice. Please be advised that Pharmacy Exam will NOT ACCEPT any package after it passes the twenty-one (21) day expiratory period. Also, CD-roms, audio CD-roms and downloadable products are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please do not forget to include a copy of the invoice to expediate refunding procedures.
